Delivery and Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time: After receiving of a confirmed order with advance payment in full, it will take 7 – 8 days of time to be shipped the order from our logistic office.

Delivery Address: The address to be mentioned by the client / consumer clearly to us with right pin code preferably with any landmarks. For any wrong or incorrect address mentioned by the client or consumer, if the shipping remain undelivered RSTMP / KUCC will not be responsible for the same.

Contact Number: A correct latest contact number to be mentioned in the order form so that our shipping agency team can get in touch with the consumer or client once the shipment has reached in the city for a faster and correct delivery of the shipment.

Tracking your order: Once the shipment leaves our logistics office, the relevant tracking id against the shipment will be shared with the client / consumer through email for convenience of tracking the shipment journey to its destinations.
